Introduction

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you use our AI icon generation, editing and export service.

Information We Collect

1. Account information — Your name, email address and other details you provide when you sign up.
2. Content you submit — Subject descriptions, uploaded reference images, edit instructions and selected areas, and the names you give your icons.
3. Results — The icons you generate and edit, their earlier versions, and the layer files created when you export a PSD.
4. Usage and billing records — The features you use, credits charged and returned, and order information.
5. Device information — Device type, operating system and browser type, used to improve compatibility and performance.
6. Cookies — Used to keep you signed in and remember your preferences; when analytics is enabled, also to understand how the site is used.
7. Payment information — Your card and billing details are collected and processed by our reseller (Merchant of Record), not by us. We receive the order details we need to deliver your purchase, such as the product, amount, currency and your account email, and we never receive or store full card numbers.
8. How you found us — On your first visit we note the site that linked to us, the campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source) and the page you arrived on. If you sign up, this is kept with your account so we can see which channels bring users and customers. When Google Analytics is enabled, sign-ups and payments are also reported to it with your account ID, not your name or email.
9. Moderation records — The result of each automated check on your descriptions, instructions and generated images. When a check refuses or holds a description, we also keep the words that were checked; images refused before they are shown are not kept.

How We Use This Information

• To generate, edit and export the icons you request.
• To provide, maintain and improve the service, and to process transactions and send confirmations.
• To send account, security and service notices, and to respond to your questions and support requests.
• To understand which channels and campaigns bring users and customers.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and breaches of our Terms of Service.
• To check descriptions and instructions for prohibited content before generating, and to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.

We do not use the content you submit or your results to train artificial intelligence models.

Third-Party Processors

To complete your requests we send the necessary data to the providers below. They process it under their own terms and privacy policies, and some are located outside your country or region:

• Image generation, editing and layer splitting
  • Kie (kie.ai): receives your subject descriptions, reference images and source icons to generate and edit icons, to split icons into layers for PSD export, and to run the image tools (background removal, upscaling and expanding).
• SVG vector conversion
  • Recraft (recraft.ai): receives the icon image to be converted. Under Recraft's developer terms, it does not train its models on API inputs and outputs and does not keep images by default.
  • When we enable a backup route, the conversion may instead run through fal (fal.ai), using the same Recraft model.
• Content safety
  • Waffo (waffo.ai): receives the descriptions and instructions you type, through its Prompt Sift check, to screen them for prohibited content before anything is generated. According to Waffo, the check does not retain the text after answering.
  • Microsoft Azure AI Content Safety: receives each generated or edited image, before it is shown to you, to check it for prohibited content.
• Storage and hosting
  • Cloudflare: stores your icons, earlier versions and PSD layer files, and hosts and accelerates the website.
• Payments
  • Our reseller acting as Merchant of Record, depending on the payment option at checkout: Waffo Pancake (operated by Waffo.com Limited) or Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, see its privacy notice). It sells you the plan or credit pack, processes your payment and billing details, and calculates taxes, under its own privacy policy.
• Email
  • The provider used to send account emails, such as Resend or Cloudflare.
• Analytics and support (only when enabled)
  • Google Analytics or Plausible for visit statistics; Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replays, with all page text and typed input masked; Crisp or Tawk for live support.

If we add or change a provider that receives your data, we will update this list before it does.

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the providers above, we share data only to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from public authorities, and to protect the rights, property and safety of us or our users.

Data Retention

• Icons, earlier versions and PSD layers: kept while your account is active so you can view and download them again. Deleting an icon removes it from your library; to have its stored files permanently deleted, contact us.
• SVG files: kept for up to 30 days after conversion so you can download them again, then deleted automatically. Downloading after that converts the icon again, at no extra charge.
• Account and billing records: kept while your account is active and for as long as the law requires.
• Moderation records: kept while your account is active, and for as long as needed afterwards to handle reports, appeals and legal obligations.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and keeping provider keys on the server only. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we continually work to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export or delete your personal information and the content you create. You can do some of this in your account settings, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age set by the law where you live).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you through the service where appropriate.
