Acceptance of Terms

AI Icon Creator ("we", "us") provides this service. By accessing or using it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

The service uses artificial intelligence to generate, edit and export app icons: generating icons in a chosen style, editing the whole icon or selected areas, keeping versions, and exporting the original PNG, platform icon size packs, SVG vector files and layered PSD files.

• Generation, editing and some exports are performed by third-party AI models, listed under "AI Models We Use" below.
• AI results vary: the same input can give different results each time and may contain flaws. Please review results before using them.
• Features marked Beta (for example SVG export and layered PSD export) are still being improved. Their quality, price and availability may change, and they may be paused or withdrawn at any time.
• We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

AI Models We Use

Your icons and images are made with these AI models, which we access through their developers' APIs or through authorized API providers:

These models are made by their developers, not by us, and their names are trademarks of their owners; their use here does not mean those companies endorse our service. Whichever model is used, every description or instruction you type is checked by our content moderation before it reaches the model, and every image it produces is checked before it is shown. If we change a model, we will update this list.

User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Credits and Billing

• Generation, editing and some exports use credits. The cost is shown before you start.
• If an operation fails because of a service error, the credits charged for it are returned automatically.
• The first SVG or PSD export of an icon is charged. Later downloads of the same icon's SVG or PSD use no credits; free repeat SVG downloads may be limited per day.
• Plans and credit packs are provided at the prices and validity periods shown at purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Payments and Our Reseller

• Purchases are processed by our authorized reseller, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your order. Depending on the payment option offered at checkout, the reseller is Waffo Pancake (operated by Waffo.com Limited) or Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited); the reseller for each order is named at checkout and on your receipt.
• The reseller sells the plan or credit pack to you, charges your payment method, calculates and collects any applicable taxes, appears on your card statement, and handles payment-related inquiries and refunds together with us. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment; for orders sold by Paddle, these are Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
• Card data is processed by the reseller's PCI-DSS certified payment processing and is never stored on our servers.
• Prices shown on our pricing page include applicable taxes, in US dollars. Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Where the reseller is Paddle, you can also cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt, and you can resume a canceled subscription from Billing until the period ends.
• When a monthly plan's first period is offered at a new-user price, the new-user price covers that first period only and the plan then renews at the regular monthly price. Likewise, when a yearly plan's first year is offered at a new-user price, that price covers the first year only and the plan then renews at the regular yearly price. Whether a new-user price is available, and for which plans, depends on the payment option and is shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

Content You Submit

You are responsible for the subject descriptions, reference images, edit instructions and selected areas you submit ("Inputs"). You confirm that you have the right to submit them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

To provide the service, you allow us and the third-party processors that serve us to process, transmit and store your Inputs and results, only as needed to provide, maintain and protect the service.

Ownership and Use of Results

• Provided you comply with these terms, as between you and us, the icons and exported files you create with the service ("Results") belong to you, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
• AI results are not necessarily unique; other users may receive similar results. Whether AI-generated content can be protected by copyright differs by jurisdiction, and we make no guarantee.
• Before using a Result as a trademark, logo or brand mark, search and confirm that it does not conflict with existing marks or works.
• You may not use Results (including exported SVG and PSD files) or the service to train, fine-tune or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

Prohibited Uses

Our Acceptable Use Policy lists the content you may not create with the service, how we moderate requests, how to report violations and what we do about them. In addition, you may not use the service or Results to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe others' intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, including imitating someone else's trademark, logo or brand.
• Impersonate any person or organization, or create fraudulent or misleading content.
• Create sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Create content that promotes hatred, harassment, violence or terrorism.
• Distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service, including by circumventing credits, rate limits or security measures.
• Scrape or call the service in bulk by automated means, or reverse engineer it, to build a product or service that competes with the service or with our providers.

We check requests before generating and may refuse to process requests that break these rules or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers for image generation, vector conversion, layer splitting, storage and payments. Outages or changes to their terms may make some features temporarily unavailable or change how they work.

Suspension and Termination

If you breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, we may remove the content concerned, forfeit credits, and suspend or terminate your access to the service or to specific features and, where the law allows, not refund credits already used. You may stop using the service at any time or contact us to close your account.

Disclaimer

The service and Results are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Results are fit for a particular purpose or free from third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you through the service where appropriate. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
