How billing works
Renewals, plan changes and credits.
The short version. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Upgrades start a new billing period today at the new plan's price, with its full credits right away; credits you already have keep their expiry dates. On yearly plans, the months you haven't received yet are taken off the price. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Monthly plans: credits last until the end of each billing month. Yearly plans: credits arrive every month and last until the end of that month. Credit packs: one year. Sign-up credits: 7 days.
